Circuit de Ladoux

Trackdays limited to 40 entries for 20 cars on track: Morning on dry track (Roulage grip in open pitlane) - Afternoon sliding on wet track (2 series of 20 cars).

Only registered vehicles are allowed (regulations imposed by Michelin - no derogation possible). Vehicles without a number plate will not be allowed to enter the site.

The concept of our driving days Come and drive your car on the Ladoux circuit (Michelin tracks) in Clermont-Ferrand during a day that we wanted to be exclusive and qualitative by limiting access to 40 cars. Enjoy the dry track in the morning (2.7km) and the wet track ("Le Canard") in the afternoon during a day of driving with a limited number of vehicles.

We have been organising Trackdays for several years, and every year we organise around fifty car trackdays on the most beautiful circuits in France: Charade, Magny-Cours, Le Mans, Le Castellet, Dijon-Prenois, Nogaro, Val de Vienne, le Mas du Clos, etc.

Safety and quality of driving are our priorities:

• We pay particular attention to the respect of safety instructions on the track. Drivers responsible for dangerous behaviour will be warned and may be excluded from riding if necessary.
  • We limit the number of vehicles on the track to offer you excellent driving conditions.
  • We limit the number of vehicles registered to maximise your driving time.

Program of the driving days on your car in Ladoux

• 7.45am: Welcome of participants (or 12.15pm for afternoon registrations)
• 8.30am: Technical and safety briefing (or 12.30pm for afternoon registrations). Compulsory briefing: in case of delay, participants will have to attend a second briefing after the start of the drive.
• 9am - 12pm: Grip ride without series
• 12pm - 1pm: Lunch break (meal not included - food truck present on some dates)
• 1pm - 5pm: Sliding on the watered track ("Le Canard") in 2 heats (rotation of heats every 30min)

Conditions of participation in Trackdays

• Authorised vehicles: Registered vehicles with technical control. Vehicles without a registration plate and a valid technical control, as well as vehicles with open wheels are forbidden. Vehicles must be insured for civil liability on the circuit, respect the noise limits imposed by the circuit (100db on the Ladoux circuit) and be equipped with a towing ring. Electric vehicles are not allowed on our days in Ladoux.
• Compulsory equipment: Helmet at least to CE standard, long clothes covering arms and legs (trousers for women), complete equipment for competition vehicles (see the list in our rules)
• Conditions of participation: Drivers must have a valid driver's license, passengers must be at least 16 years old. All participants must have an identity document to enter the circuit (highly secured Michelin site). The list of all participants (drivers and accompanying persons) must be provided to Nomad Driving Event at least 10 days before the date of the event in order to gain access to the site.
• Documents to be provided on the day of the Trackday: Rules of our Trackdays completed, signed and dated on the date of the Trackday (1 copy / driver)

Included in the Trackday registration

• Track access for 1 driver / car (additional drivers at extra cost)
• Passengers over 16 years old allowed and free of charge
• Open soft bar all day including pastries, coffee and cold drinks
• Medical service and breakdown service on the track
• In addition:
• Personalized coaching with an instructor upon reservation.
