Nelson Ledges Road Course is a road course situated in Garrettsville, Ohio. It was designed specifically for car and motorcycle racing, and is not highly modern, but offers high safety standards and a state-of-the-art medical centre. Recently comprehensively upgraded and extended, the circuit's layout includes 13 turns, seven of which provide real driving challenges.

One of the Nelson Ledges Road Course most prominent and traditional events is the "Longest Day of Nelson" 24 hour race which attracts a variety of models - from production cars to sports prototypes.
