The Kemora Circuit, opened in 1983, is situated close to Veteli in western Finland and over 400 kilometres north of Helsinki. During an upgrade programme in 1987 the circuit was lengthened to approximately 2,7 kilometres. The Kemora Circuit is suitable for two- and four-wheeled motorsport.

The circuit is mainly flat, and has only a single rise, near Turn 7. In total the Kemora Circuit has nine turns: six right- and three left-handers. The complex includes a kart track plus snowmobile circuit for winter use.
