Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia-Herzegovina once formed part of then-Yugoslavia, but gained independence in 1992. Motorsport has recently established itself in the south European country, followed by the introduction of the Bosnian Circuit Racing Championship. Rounds are contested at the only circuit in the country, namely Zaluzani Circuit, situated near Banja Luka. Plans are afoot to upgrade this facility to cater for international events in the near future. A National Hillclimb Championship was also instituted in 2004.
