The Autodrom Moscow is situated approximately 30 kilometers from the center of the Russian capital, and was constructed on property belonging to the Miachkovo Airport. In 2005 it was totally renovated to its present form, which complies fully with FIA Grade 3 requirements. The circuit hosts Russian Touring Car Championship rounds, plus finds use for track days, amateur series, manufacturer launches and corporate events.

The Autodrom Moscow has unique characteristics: Its varied layout includes fast straights, challenging corner combinations and two hairpins, and can be driven in both directions. In winter certain corner combinations may be combined to provide an oval layout.
