Hungary's newest permanent circuit is situated approximately 50 kilometres from the capital Budapest, and is available for use by the public. The circuit, opened in 2004, complies with all FIA standards, and offers all modern motorsport facilities. In the spirit of a true grand prix circuit, car can be driven to the maximum on the Euro Ring. Various layouts can be configured, while the circuit regularly hosts karting events.

The circuit is popular for testing by journalists, and for media presentations. Beginners are well catered for, as speeds through corners are not exceedingly high, while grip levels are good. However, the circuit demands a technically versatile approach from experienced drivers.
