Located near Birmingham, Donington Park is the home of a multitude of motorsport events. Since it was opened in 1931, the circuit has been the subject of multiple modifications and extensions. Nowadays, the Melbourne Hairpin is the stand-out feature. Formula One came to Donington Park for the 1993 European Grand Prix. Many experts view Ayrton Senna's impressive victory in a rain-dominated race as his best performance in a Formula One car.

Donington Park was recently given a complete overhaul and now includes a museum with the world's largest collection of Grand Prix cars. It is a regular venue for the British Touring Car Championship and Formula 3.
